The range of items is extremely wide, with more than 2.000 p/ns differing from geometrical dimensions and some additional options.
Over the years, cutting discs from 0.8 to 2 mm thickness grew in terms of quantity and are now widely used worldwide requesting thinner tolerances on the finished product during press activities. OMES is able today to provide metal rings with a height up to 2 mm within 0.1 mm tolerance and ensure that anchor holes stay below the edge.
Recently, the production of metal rings has steadily increased due to the use of molds and equipment providing higher productivity.
As of today, OMES annual production is near 400 million pieces per year, serving satisfied customers worldwide.
